Duties of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs

1. Organize final examination schedules in coordination with the academic departments.

2. Organize the weekly class schedule in coordination with the academic departments, taking into account available classrooms, to ensure the smooth operation of graduate studies.

3. Supervise the weekly lecture log to ensure that all scheduled hours for each course are covered, as per regulations.
4. Monitoring the attendance and discipline of graduate students in accordance with regulations and instructions.

5. Reviewing graduate studies admission applications received from academic departments, standardizing them, and submitting them to the university administration.

6. Organizing and verifying documents, grades, credit hours, and preparatory study requirements for all academic levels.
7. - Signing the books that include referring students to health centers and hospitals.
