رؤية قسم ــ View section:

تتجلى برسم ملامح مرحلة أنية و مستقيلية , من الاولى تتحدد بالفاعل الايجابي مع متغيرات الواقع الاجتماعي والانساني في البيئتين المحلية والداخلية , وبالثانية نستشرف اسس التطور في علم القانون ومساراته المعرفية.

It is manifested by drawing the features of an immediate and future stage. The first is determined by the positive actor with the variables of social and human reality in the local and internal environments, and the second we anticipate the foundations of development in the science of law and its cognitive paths.

رسالة قسم ـــ Department message:

اعادة الروح الى حضارة سومر التي انطلقت من هذه الارض وبيان قدرة هذا الارث الانساني والقانون الاول على رسم صورة مشرقة للحاضر وأمل بغدً أبهى في ظل سلطة الانسان بالقانون على سياسة التنظيم الاجتماعي.

Reviving the Sumerian civilization that emerged from this land, and demonstrating the ability of this human heritage and the first law to paint a bright picture of the present and hope for a brighter tomorrow under the rule of man through law over the policy of social organization.

الاهداف قسم ـــ Objectives section:

بناء جيل قانوني (علمي – عملي) قادر على تلبية متطلبات سوق العمل في جوانب الفكرية والتشريعية والقضائية دعماً لمسيرة التوجيهات الانسانية في البيئة القانونية.

Building a legal generation (scientific and practical) capable of meeting the demands of the labor market in intellectual, legislative, and judicial aspects, in support of the progress of humanitarian guidance in the legal environment.
