Vision

The college intends to spread legal culture in society, and provide distinguished academic programs in the field of law supported by knowledge, skills and professional ethics. Such a message can be fulfilled through a qualified staff that is capable of keeping pace with local and regional standards, supplement the public function in the joints of the state’s administrative apparatus, as well as the private sector’s need for legal staff to be met.
Here, the college seeks to fully qualify graduates to carry this legal message through focusing on scientific sobriety. Such a process is part of its scientific, patriotic and humanitarian mission to serve the community and firmly contribute to democratic building and laying the foundations of human rights and public freedoms in Iraq.

The Message

The college's mission stems from its complete belief that the law is a fulfillment and reciprocal obligations, and that human happiness in society can only be achieved through understanding this selfless exchange, which emerges through the members of society enjoying a high moral awareness derived from the divine honor of man, which pushes towards respect for built rights and freedoms. On the foundations of the idea of justice, so that work must be done to spread the legal culture in light of the fact that the law represents reason devoid of passion.
